Buyers hesitate to conclude new deals in Turkish flat steel market

Flat steel demand in the Turkish domestic market has remained low. In the Turkish flat steel market, where prices have remained stable since last week, buyers hesitate to book orders from mills, expecting price cuts. On the other hand, while financial difficulties are still being felt in the domestic flat steel market, buyers are trying to supply in their needs by the way of product  exchanges among traders, spot purchases and spot deals from mills' inventories.
 
The domestic sales prices of traders for local and imported hot and cold rolled flat steel products in the Eregli and Gebze regions of Turkey are as follows:
