Brazilian producers are negotiating hot dipped galvanized products (HDG) for export at $760/mt, FOB conditions, a price level that has remained stable in the last two weeks, a local exporter told SteelOrbis.

According to the source, the price, with reference to the G40 grade, is in line with international prices, although a declining trend is expected due to the low price of the product in China.

In May, with price deals probably closed in March, CSN exported HDG at $830/mt, Usiminas at $713/mt and ArcelorMittal at $807/mt, all FOB conditions.
