According to sources close to SteelOrbis, HRC prices in Argentina are trending stable through the end of September. On September 6, SteelOrbis reported HRC at $685-705/mt ex-works. Since then, sources report an erosion of only $5/mt from the top of the previous range with present prices at $685-700/mt ex-works.

Given the recent downward global shift in steel prices, a source noted a possible price loss of $10/mt in early October.
