Wuyang Steel supplies steel plate for viaduct project in Wuhan

Hebei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Hebei Iron and Steel Group has announced that its subsidiary Wuyang Iron and Steel Co.(Wuyang Steel) has so far supplied 20,000 mt of steel plate for a viaduct project located in Xiongchu Avenue in the city of Wuhan in Hubei Province. In November last year, Wuyang Steel signed a long-term strategic cooperation agreement with the manufacturer responsible for the project in question to supply no less than 100,000 mt of steel plate up to the end of 2014.
 
Meanwhile, Hebei Steel Group also stated that on January 12 its subsidiary Chengde Iron and Steel Co. (Chengde Steel) produced 3,800 mt of 28 mm and 32 mm diameter HRB 400E rebar to be supplied for the metro in Shenzhen.
