Wuxi NewDaZhong hikes prices

SteelOrbis Shanghai On May 8, Jiangsu province based steelmaker Wuxi NewDaZhong released its May price list. The ex-factory prices of galvanized coils increased RMB 200/mt ($25), that of color coated coils increased RMB 150/mt ($19). After the adjustment, the new price of 0.5 mm thick galvanized coils became RMB 6,100/mt ($762), and that of 1.0 mm thick galvanized coils became RMB 5,650/mt ($705). The new price of 0.4 mm thick color coated coils is RMB 7,050/mt ($880), and that of 0.47 mm thick color coated coils is RMB 6,700/mt ($836).
