Vietnam produced about 1.33 million metric tons of steel in Q1 this year, up by 10.2 percent year on year, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In addition, in Q1 Vietnam Steel Corporation produced 23.3 percent of its planned annual steel output for the current year.
