US DOC extends deadline for preliminary results on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan

On Monday 11, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it has extended the time limit for the preliminary results of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review for circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Taiwan. The DOC said that the current deadline for the preliminary results is January 31, 2010.

On June 1, 2009, petitioner Wheatland Tube Company requested the DOC to conduct an administrative AD review on the products mentioned from Taiwan. The respondent is Taiwan-based Yieh Phui Enterprise Co., Ltd.
