The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the final results of the sunset review of the antidumping duty (AD) orders on tin mill products from Japan.

The DOC has determined that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on the given product from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US. The weighted-average dumping margin for Japan is up to 95.29 percent.

The subject merchandise is provided for in subheadings 7210.11.0000, 7210.12.0000, 7210.50.0000, 7212.10.0000, 7212.50.0000, 7225.99.0090, and 7226.99.0180 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
