United States Steel Corporation announced Tuesday its list of authorized Standard and Line Pipe distributors.
US Steel Corporation's new distribution network, resulting from its acquisition of Lone Star Technologies Inc. and its related companies, consists of 16 national and 13 regional distributors which will be responsible for selling Seamless and Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) products into Standard and Line Pipe applications.
This strategy is similar to the company's August move concerning Oil Country Tubular Goods (OCTG). US Steel is committed to marketing its products in North America through a selective, authorized distribution network. The full list of authorized distributors can be found on US Steel Corp.'s website.
