US rig counts dip, while Canadian counts rise

According to the most recent report by Baker Hughes, for the week ending July 29, the US rotary rig count decreased by eight in the last week to 1,908. This reflects a year-on-year increase of 322 rigs.

Additionally, US oil rigs increased by four week-on-week, US gas rigs decreased by 12, and the Canadian rig count increased by 19 in the last week, rising to 395.
