U.S. ITC serves notice for final stage in WR cases

The International Trade Commission of the U.S. (ITC), gave notice for the scheduling of the final phase of countervailing duty investigations against imports from the following countries: Brazil Canada Germany Trinidad and Tobago Turkey The ITC also gave notice on the scheduling of the final phase of antidumping investigations against imports on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from the following countries: Brazil Canada Germany Indonesia Mexico Moldova Trinidad and Tobago Ukraine The Commission will hold a hearing in connection with the final phase of these investigations beginning at 9:30 a.m. on June 25, 2002.
