The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has instituted a five-year review (sunset review) concerning the antidumping duty order on clad steel plate imported from Japan. The ITC will use the sunset review to determine whether the revocation of the order would be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US domestic industry. The interested parties are requested to submit their responses to the ITC by November 21, 2006.
