The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its expedited sunset review of the antidumping (AD) orders on ASTM A-312 welded stainless steel pipe from Korea and Taiwan on Wednesday.
As expected, the DOC made an affirmative determination, finding that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping.
The US International Trade Commission (ITC) is also conducting an expedited sunset review of these orders, which virtually guarantees that the ITC will make an affirmative determination and that the orders will be continue for a further period of five years.
The products covered by this order can be found in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) under the subheadings: 7306.40.5005, 7306.40.5015, 7306.40.5040, 7306.40.5062, 7306.40.5064 and 7306.40.5085.
