The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Tuesday the final results of its administrative review of the suspension agreement with Ukraine on cut-to-length carbon steel plate.  The review covered the period from November 1, 2011 through October 31, 2012.

The DOC found that Metinvest Holding LLC and its affiliated companies, Azovstal Iron & Steel Works and Ilyich Iron & Steel Works, have adhered to the terms of the suspension agreement and that the suspension agreement is functioning as intended.  Accordingly, the suspension agreement will continue in effect.
