On Thursday, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its preliminary determination in the administrative review of the suspension agreement with Ukraine on cut-to-length carbon steel plate.
The DOC has preliminarily determined that Metinvest Holding LLC and its affiliated companies, Azovstal Iron & Steel Works and Ilyich Iron & Steel Works, are in compliance with the terms of the suspension agreement.
The DOC plans to complete this review and issue its final results by November 2013.
