US DOC to continue AD duty on tin mill products from Japan

On July 1, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) instituted a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on tin mill products from Japan. On June 13, 2006, the ITC determined that revocation of the existing antidumping duty order on tin mill products from Japan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to the US market. As a result of the ITC's decision, the DOC has published notice of the continuation of the antidumping duty order on tin mill products imported from Japan.
