On June 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) instituted sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on certain small diameter carbon and alloy seamless standard, line and pressure pipe from Argentina, Brazil, and Germany.

As a result of the determinations by the DOC and the ITC that revocation of the antidumping duty order on the subject merchandise from Germany would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC has published a notice of continuation of this antidumping duty order.

On the other hand, as a result of the determinations by the DOC and the ITC that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on the subject merchandise from Argentina and Brazil would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC has published a notice of revocation of these antidumping duty orders.
