US DOC postpones preliminary results of AD review on welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has decided to extend the time limit for the preliminary results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review on certain welded carbon steel pipe and tube from Turkey.
 
According to a statement issued in the Federal Register on January 25, the DOC has extended the deadline for the preliminary results for the review from January 31, 2010 until May 31, 2010. The review, which covers the period from May 1, 2008, through April 30, 2009 concerns Borusan Group, Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Borusan Birleşik Boru Fabrikaları San ve Tic., Borusan İstikbal Ticaret T.A.Ş., Borusan Holding A.Ş., Borusan Gemlik Boru Tesisleri A.Ş., Borusan İhracat, İthalat ve Dagitim A.Ş., Borusan İthicat ve Dağıtım A.Ş., Tubeco Pipe and Steel Corporation, Tosçelik Profil ve Sac Endüstrisi A.Ş., Tosçelik Metal Ticaret A.Ş., Tosyalı Dış Ticaret A.Ş., Yücel Group, Yücel Boru ve Profil Endüstrisi A.Ş., Çayırova Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., Yücel Boru İthalat-İhracat ve Pazarlama A.Ş. and Erbosan, Erciyes Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.
 
The final results are to be issued no later than 120 days after the publication of the preliminary results.
