US DOC initiates review of Japanese carbon and alloy pipe

On Thursday, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders with a June anniversary date.

The DOC initiated the following administrative review of an AD order involving steel products: Certain large diameter carbon and alloy seamless, standard, line and pressure pipe from Japan--JFE Steel Corporation, Nippon Steel Corporation, NKK Tubes, and Sumitomo Metal Industries.

The period of review cover June 1, 2010 through May 31, 2011.
