Friday, 06 October 2006 14:00:38 (GMT+3)   |
On June 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated the second sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Argentina, Italy, Japan, and South Korea. On the basis of the notices of intent to participate, and adequate substantive responses filed on behalf of the domestic interested parties, and inadequate responses from the respondent interested parties, the DOC has conducted expedited sunset reviews of these orders.
