On September 28, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on oil country tubular goods (OCTG), other than drill pipe, imported from South Korea. The review covered the period August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005. South Korean producers, SeAH and Husteel Co Ltd, were subject to the review. In the preliminary results dated August 31, 2006, the DOC found that both SeAH and Husteel made sales below normal value in the period of review and set damping margins of 0.58 percent and 0.85 percent respectively for the producers. After evaluating the comments received, the DOC has decided to make changes to the preliminary results. Accordingly, the final results of this review differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margins existing for the period August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005, are as follows:

Producers/Manufacturers Margin

SeAH Steel Corporation......................4.73%
HusteelCo Ltd...............................0.39% (de minimis)
