On September 28, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping duty administrative review on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate imported from Germany. The period of review is August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005. In the preliminary results dated September 11, 2006, the DOC determined that German producer Dillinger did not make any sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value and set a duty margin at 0.16 percent (de minimis) for the producer. Dillinger's subsequent submission of comments, however, did not warrant reconsideration of the preliminary results. Accordingly, the DOC has decided not to make any changes in the preliminary results. Thus, the final results of this review do not differ from the preliminary results.
