US DOC extends deadline for preliminary AD review results on certain S. Korean pipes

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has decided to extend the time limit for the preliminary results of the antidumping (AD) duty administrative review of certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from the Republic of Korea.

According to a statement issued in the Federal Register on January 14, 2010, the DOC has extended the deadline for the preliminary results for the review from January 22, 2010 until February 22, 2010. The review in question covers the period from February 1, 2008, through January 31, 2009.
