Mexico.
On December 1, 2005, and December 22, 2005, the DOC published notices of initiation of antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews, regarding imports of carbon and certain alloy steel
wire rod imported from
Mexico. The review covered imports from subject merchandise from Hysla Puebla and SICARTSA, for the period of review October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005.
Since the respondents withdrew their requests for an administrative review within 90 days of the initiation of the administrative review, the DOC decided to rescind the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel
