US DOC calculates no dumping margin on Mexican HSS

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico.

The review covered two Mexican producers/exporters - Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. and Regiomontana de Perfiles S.A. de C.V. - during the period from August 1, 2010, to July 31, 2011.

The DOC calculated a dumping margin of 0.00 (zero) percent for both companies.

Accordingly, effective January 8, 2013, the dumping duty deposit rate became 0.00 percent for Maquilacero and Regiomontana.
