US DOC and US ITC initiate third sunset review of Japanese plate

On Wednesday the US Department of Commerce (DOC) and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) formally initiated the third sunset review of the antidumping (AD) order on clad steel plate from Japan. 

This merchandise is classified under item number 7210.90.10.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
