The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders with a February anniversary date.
The DOC initiated the following administrative reviews of AD orders involving steel products:
(a) Stainless steel bar from Brazil (A-351-825)--Villares Metals S.A.
(b) Stainless steel bar from India (A-533-810)--Ambica Steels Limited; and Mukand Ltd.
(c) Stainless steel bar from Japan (A-588-833)--Misumi Corporation.
(d) Cut-to-length carbon quality steel plate from Korea (A-580-836)--Daewoo International Corp.; Dongbu Steel Co., Ltd.; Dongkuk Steel Mill Co., Ltd.; GS Global Corp.; Hyundai Steel Co.; Samsung C&T Corp.; and TCC Steel Corp.
The period of review is February 1, 2011 through January 31, 2012.
There were no initiations of any administrative reviews of CVD orders involving steel products.
