The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) duty order on oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from Ukraine.

During the review period from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022, Ukrainian steel producer Interpipe was found to have made sales of the given products at less than normal value.

The DOC has calculated a weighted-average dumping margin of 4.89 percent for the company.

The final result of the review is expected to be announced within 120 days of publication of the preliminary results.

The preliminary antidumping duty for the country is applicable from August 3.
