Ukraine reports zero scrap exports for January

According to the State Statistics Committee of Ukraine, in January this year Ukraine did not export any steel scrap, while in January last year the country had exported 62,248 mt of scrap, worth a total of $26.230 million.
 
Meanwhile, in January of the current year Ukraine's scrap imports increased by 4.3 times year on year to 4.281 mt, worth a total of $1.815 million.
