Turkish pipe producer Borusan Mannesmann has announced that its US-based subsidiary Borusan Mannesmann Pipe US Inc. will acquire Berg EUROPIPE Holding Corporation, US-based pipe producer subsidiary of Germany-based Europipe GmbH.
The parties signed a non-binding agreement on March 2. Negotiations are ongoing for a binding agreement.
