Turkey increases minimum import price for welded pipes

According to Turkey’s Official Gazette, the minimum import price for welded pipes under import monitoring have been increased.

The minimum import price which was $900/mt according to the 2007 announcement has now increased to $900-3,700/mt depending on the product. Import monitoring aiming to protect local producers comes into effect if the import prices of the product remain below the minimum import price.

The new minimum import prices are as follows:
