TMK issues Q3 production data for US-based subsidiary

The Russian pipe producer TMK Group (TMK) has announced that during the third quarter of 2008 its US-based subsidiary TMK IPSCO produced 85,000 mt of steel products.

Meanwhile, TMK IPSCO's shipments of pipe products during the period in question amounted to 231,900 mt, including 86,100 mt in September. Despite the impact of Hurricane Ike in the first half of September, TMK IPSCO's shipments during the month in question achieved a record-setting volume.
