Taganrog Metallurgical Works (Tagmet), a subsidiary of leading Russian pipe company TMK Group, has expanded its product range. In particular, the company has mastered pipe and coupling rolling of 177.8 x 9.19 mm sizes. The products in question are designed for operation in hydrogen sulfuric environments with TMK PF threaded connections, where high joint efficiency has special importance.
In Q1 2011, Tagmet increased its steel pipe shipments by 15.4 percent compared to the same period of last year, to 1.077 million mt.
