Shandong Jinyuan Steel Pipe Industry Co. Ltd is now capable of churning out 150,000 mt per year of seamless steel pipes after the completion of its second-phase project, which has cost RMB 150 million, to build four new pipe production lines.

In addition, the company's third-phase project, on which construction began last April, will be put into operation late this year. Upon completion of all projects, Shandong Jinyuan Steel Pipe hopes to become the leader among domestic small scale seamless pipe producers in China.
