Russian steel and mining company Severstal has announced that it has signed an agreement with Russia-based Zagorsky Pipe Plant to supply 300,000 mt of hot rolled plate in 2019, for the latter’s production of large-diameter pipes.
Zagorsky Pipe Plant said that it aims to diversify the list of its suppliers.
