The Russian steel producer Severstal has announced that its subsidiary Trade House Severstal-Invest will supply Severstal Cherepovets's steel products to Saratov Storage Tank Construction Works, to be used in manufacturing products for Russian state-owned oil transportation company Transneft.
Accordingly, deliveries totaling 6,000 mt of steel products will be made by Severstal-Invest's Samara-based subsidiary.
Moreover, within the framework of the construction of the second leg of the Baltic Pipeline System, in May-June 2009 Severstal's pipe producing subsidiary Izhora Pipe Plant (Izhora) will deliver about 56,000-57,000 mt of pipes to Transneft.
