Russia’s pig iron exports up 1.1 percent in first 10 months

According to the State Statistics Committee of Russia (Russtat), in the January-October period of the current year Russian exports of pig iron increased by 1.1 percent year on year to 3.44 million mt. Of this pig iron export volume, 29 percent was exported to Italy, 21.3 percent was exported to Turkey,and 12.3 percent was supplied to the US.
