The Russian coal mining company Belon Group (Belon) has announced that it has completed its project for the creation of a coal division, according to which its coal company Sibir-Ugol becomes the only executive organ for the eleven subsidiaries of the group and is to coordinate their operations.

The creation of the coal division will allow Belon to increase the quality and effectiveness of current control over the production activity of its coal mining subsidiaries.

The establishment of the coal division is in line with Belon's program to switch over to a new management structure.
