Russian Customs in favor of duties on Ukrainian pipes

Russian Customs announced yesterday that they would demand that Moscow impose antidumping duties on small diameter pipes imported from Ukraine. Russian Customs indicated that it would recommend duties ranging between 9-57 percent. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, Russian pipe manufacturers demanded that the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (MERT) impose antidumping duties on the subject products imported from Ukraine in an effort to protect the Russian market from possible material injury.
