Rebar costs in the greater Buenos Aires area increased 6.2 percent in November, month-on- month, according to local statistics agency Indec.
Government data indicated rebar was among the products whose cost increased the most within the general expenses category in November, on a month-on-month basis. The cost of civil construction in the greater Buenos Aires area in November improved 4.5 percent, month-on-month. Cost of materials in November in the Buenos Aires area grew 4.5 percent, while workforce costs increased 4.8 percent, both on a month-on-month analysis. Additionally, general expenses in the greater Buenos Aires in November rose 2.6 percent, month-on-month.
