Rebar costs in greater Buenos Aires area increase in February

Rebar costs in the greater Buenos Aires area rose 3.1 percent in February, month-on-month, according to data released by the nation’s institute of statistics and census, Indec, this week.
 
According to Indec, rebar was among the main products whose cost increased the most in the general expenses category.
 
According to Indec’s data, civil construction cost in the greater Buenos Aires area in February increased 1.7 percent, month-on-month.
 
Cost of materials, workforce and general expenses in February grew 1.7, 0.2 and 11.3 percent, respectively, month-on-month.
