As of March 3, the annual output capacity of coal mines in China currently carrying out production operations is equal to 3.431 billion mt, with the production resumption rate of Chinese coal mines reaching 83.4 percent, achieving a daily output of 9.0 million mt, as announced by China’s National Energy Administration. The three figures in question have more than doubled compared to those recorded on February 1, basically returning to the normal levels recorded in the same period last year.
Except for Hubei Province, other Chinese provinces which produce coal have resumed production.
