Preliminary results of AD review on pipe-fittings from China

On January 31, 2005, the DOC initiated an antidumping duty administrative review on certain malleable iron pipe fittings imported from China. The period of review was December 2, 2003, through November 30, 2004. The DOC preliminarily determined that sales of subject merchandise were made below normal value. The weighted-average dumping margins existing for the period December 2, 2003, through November 30, 2004 are as follows:
