NLMK’s long steel division ships 1.4 million mt of rebar in 2012

According to a company statement, in 2012 the long steel division of Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK) shipped around 1.4 million mt of rebar, including 1.3 million mt to the domestic market, up 16 percent, while its shipments for export were down 43 percent, both year on year.
 
In January this year, NLMK plans to ship around 110,000 mt of rebar, down seven percent compared to December 2012.
