Seattle, Washington-based NCA partners, a private equity firm, announced Wednesday that the majority of the owners of Calgary, Alberta-based metal buildings manufacturer Warwick Industries Ltd. and Calgary-based structural steel fabricator Kent Steel Ltd. are partnering with NCA to form Warwick & Kent Holdings Ltd. which has acquired both companies from the current ownership group.

Warwick has enjoyed a long and successful relationship with Kent as a critical vendor, and NCA believes that the combination of the two companies will provide a solid platform for growth, NCA said in a press release. The owners that remain as senior management will continue to be substantial owners of Warwick & Kent Holdings.
