MOC: Average steel prices in China edge down during July 4-10

China's Ministry of Commerce (MOC) has announced that during the July 4-10 period this year the overall average finished steel price in China moved down.

In the given period, the average prices of hot rolled steel strip, rebar and steel channels declined by 1.9 percent, 1.8 percent and 1.6 percent, respectively, week on week.

In the same period, the average prices of thermal coal and coking coal in China moved down by 0.4 percent and 1.4 percent, respectively, week on week.
