Ministry to take time prior to finalising PHS sale

The industry sources mention that out of the two bids submitted for the privatisation of the Polish steel mills PHS, LNM offer appears to be better. However, it is not clarified in which way the offer is found better. Currently the Ministry of Treasury is holding negotiations with both of the bidders. Upon completion of these negotiations, the Ministry will take some time for analysis and thereafter will make a decision.
