Mexico initiates anti-circumvention investigation on Chinese seamless pipes

Mexico's Economy Ministry has announced that the application of Mexican pipe producer Tobos De Acero De Mexico, S.A., for an anti-circumvention investigation against Chinese seamless pipe has been accepted.

Relevant evidence and information should be submitted to the Mexican Bureau of International Trade Customs and Practice before 2 p.m., April 27, 2012.
