The Ukrainian Ministry of Economy has announced that it has received notification from Mexico's Secretariat of Economy regarding the completion of the antidumping investigation into imports of seamless pipes from Ukraine and China.

Mexico's Secretariat of Economy has determined that imports of the subject products from the abovementioned countries cause no damage to the domestic industry and, therefore, it has decided not to impose any measures on imports of seamless pipes from these countries.

The antidumping investigation into imports of the subject products from China and Ukraine had been initiated in September 2006 upon a complaint filed by Mexican tube producer TAMSA.
