Masteel decreases galvanized and color coated prices for August

SteelOrbis Shanghai On July 21, Masteel disclosed the August ex-factory prices of galvanized coils and color coated coils. The price of galvanized coils decreased RMB 350-450/mt ($44-56) compared with July, and that of color coated coils decreased RMB 400/mt ($50). After the adjustment, the new price of 1.0 mm thick SGCC galvanized coil is RMB 4,600/mt ($576), and that of 0.5 mm thick TSGCC color coated coil is RMB 5,840/mt ($731), both prices excluding 17 percent VAT.
